Guidance notes on data protection in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 2003

In compliance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003, Entostudio Srl provides this information regarding the purposes and methods of processing your personal data, the scope of their communication and transmission and the nature of the data held by Entostudio and their use.

Data precessed
– Browsing data –
During their normal operations, the computer and browsing systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data (log files) whose transmission is implicit in internet communication protocols. This information is collected to identify some users and not for other commercial purposes. This category of data includes IP addresses, domain names of computers used by users connected to the website, the URI of the requested sources, the precise time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response from the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other relevant parameters related to the operating system and IT environment. All these data are used for the sole purpose of collecting anonymous information useful for the website’s statistics and to verify its functionalities. They may also be used in case of hacking and as evidence for the authorities.
– Voluntary data –
The data of users who send voluntary, optional and explicit email messages to the addresses listed on this site will be acquired in order to provide the necessary response to the enquiries in the messages. On request specific summary information will be shown on the pages of the website dedicated to particular services.
– Cookies –
We do not use cookies to trtransmit personal information, nor do we make use of specific systems for tracking or identifying users. The use of C.D. cookies is limited to session identifiers (random numbers generated by the server) and are necessary to for the security and efficiency of the site; they are also used for statistical purposes. Cookies can be deleted by the user.

Purpose of data treatment
Fulfilment of all obligations of current laws in regard to commercial and contractual relations with user and during current or future relations such as the fulfilment of contractual, accounting, payment, social security and tax obligations.

Optional supply of data
You are free to provide, or not, your personal data as required in Entostudio’s forms or in other communication processes but you should note that we need to use them in order to respond to your enquiry.

Method of processing
Your personal data will be processed through the use of modern computer systems and by employees who will handle all the operations involved in the collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, modification, selection , extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data for the purpose of performing contractual and other legal obligations.

Provision of data
It is optional for you to provide your data, but Entostudio, as data controller, informs you that if you do not transmit an item of information that we need, we shall be unable to continue with any business or contractual relationship we have with you; the same applies if you provide us with wrong information, because we shall be unable to ensure that we process your data correctly and that we can comply with the tax, administrative or labour law regulations involved.

Data subject’s rights
Data subjects may assert their rights as laid down in Articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 by contacting the data controller or data officer. Under the same Articles, data subjects may have data that have been processed in breach of the law erased, transformed into an anonymous form or blocked, and, on legitimate grounds, object to their processing.
